Is Reciting Sūrah al-Fātiḥah Sufficient For Ruqyah

Al-ʿAllāmah Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Al-Fawzān clarifies that Sūrah al-Fātiḥah can be recited and is sufficient as a Ruqyah.
