Connecting yourself with the Scholars of Sunnah and those who connect you with the Scholars of Sunnah is extremely important in attaining the inheritance the Prophets and Messengers have left behind for us.

One of the greatest bounties of Allāh upon any youth is that He connects them with righteous companions that aid him/her in seeking His pleasure!

In order to protect yourself and the knowledge you seek, take knowledge from the Scholars of Sunnah and their known students, and the students of their known students!

Every person loves their teacher who they believe is calling them to goodness, however no Ustādh or Mallam is above the truth. Shaykh Zayd b. Muḥammad Al-Madkhalī (رحمه الله) explains that knowledge should only be sought from the people of truth and supporters of the truth!
