Shaykh Muḥammad Ṣāliḥ Al- ‘Uthaymīn - رحمه الله - Said:
“You would not be sinful, but it is befitting for a person to be plentiful in the recitation of the Qur’ān in Ramaḍān, because it is the month wherein the Qur’ān was revealed.”
