Who Is The Fasting Person?

Al-Imām Abū ʿAbdillāh Muḥammad ibn Al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) Said:

The fasting person is the one whose limbs restrain from sins, his tongue from lying, immorality and false speech, his stomach from food and drink, and his private parts from obscenity.
